Becky’s practice encompasses the representation of a diverse range of clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development, disposition, financing, and leasing of commercial properties. She also advises clients on business asset purchases and sales, as well as entity formation, governance, and ongoing operational matters related to both business ventures and real property ownership. Becky represents publicly traded and privately held residential developers throughout all phases of property acquisition and the development of residential subdivisions, offering strategic guidance that helps clients navigate complex transactional landscapes.
Becky earned her Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland in 2014. She joined LevickRoth as a law clerk in 2017 while completing her J.D., graduating cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law. After passing the Georgia Bar Exam in 2017, she transitioned into a full-time role as an Associate Attorney with LevickRoth, which in 2026 evolved to Roth & Associates, where she continues to build a robust practice and deliver thoughtful, solutions-driven counsel to her clients.
